These terms apply to your use of thesmugclub.com and any membership, subscription, or product purchased through it, operated by Erin Dafydd Fit (sole trader)

 

1. Membership & Subscriptions

  • Smug Club Live and the Beginner membership are recurring monthly subscriptions billed automatically until cancelled.

  • You can cancel anytime through your account — access continues until the end of your current billing period, but no refund is given for the period already paid.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be informed before any change takes effect.

2. Access & Conduct

  • Membership content (live classes, on-demand library, and related materials) is for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, including sharing login details or content outside the membership.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

  • Content provided is general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, postnatal, or have a pre-existing health condition.

  • You participate in all classes and workouts at your own risk. Erin Dafydd Fit is not liable for injury sustained while following content provided through the site.

4. Merchandise

  • Merch purchases (currently via Payhip) are subject to Payhip's own terms in addition to these.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and materials on this site remain the property of Erin Dafydd Fit and may not be reproduced without permission.

Privacy Plolicy

The Smug Club - Privacy Policy Last updated: 24.08.2026

Erin Dafydd Fit ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how it's used, in line with UK GDPR.

What We Collect

  • Name and email address (on sign-up)

  • Postal address (only if you choose to provide it, e.g. for a thank-you gift)

  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store card details ourselves)

  • Usage data (e.g. login activity, for site functionality)

How We Use It

  • To provide and manage your membership

  • To send you service-related communications (welcome emails, class reminders)

  • To send you marketing communications, only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime

  • To send a physical thank-you item, if you've provided your address for this purpose

Sharing Your Data

We use third-party tools to run the business (e.g. Wix for hosting/payments, Flodesk for email marketing, Zoom for live classes, Vimeo for video hosting). These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy/data protection terms.

Your Rights

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you're an active member, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal/accounting purposes, after which it's deleted.

Refund Plolicy

The Smug Club - Refund Policy Last updated: 24.08.2026

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your Smug Club Live or Beginner membership at any time.

  • Cancelling stops future billing, but no refund is given for the current billing period already paid — you'll retain access until that period ends.

  • If you're charged in error (e.g. a technical fault), contact us at info@erindafyddfit.com and we'll review and resolve it.

Merchandise

  • Refunds/returns for merch purchases are handled via Payhip's own policy at checkout.​​

Shipping Plolicy

The Smug Club - Shipping Policy Last updated: 24.08.2026

Merchandise

  • Merch is currently sold via Payhip. Shipping costs, timeframes, and carrier details are shown at checkout and governed by Payhip's own shipping terms.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 10 -14 days of purchase.

  • Delivery is currently UK only.

Thank-You Cards

  • If you've provided your address to receive a small thank-you gift, this is sent at our discretion and is not a guaranteed or time-bound delivery — please don't rely on receiving it within a specific timeframe.
